Our Platform

The services we seek.
The operators we partner with.
The platform we are building.

Northridge is building a platform by acquiring and partnering with best-in-class utility infrastructure services companies across North America. The service areas and capabilities described here represent the kinds of businesses we are actively seeking — operators with proven track records, deep utility relationships, and a culture built around safety and reliability.

Our Platform

Three verticals we are building.

Northridge is building capability across three core service verticals. The descriptions below represent the types of services and operators we are actively looking to acquire and partner with — not an exhaustive list of our current offerings.

Aerial Services

Companies providing aerial utility services across transmission inspection, patrol, aerial vegetation management, and construction support — with experienced crews and deep utility industry relationships.

Field Services

Companies providing ground-based vegetation management, right-of-way clearing, integrated IVM programs, and distribution infrastructure support.

Engineering Services

Companies providing structure inspection, asset condition assessment, engineering design support, and technology-enabled data reporting.

Vertical One

Aerial Services

What we look for in an aerial services partner

Northridge's aerial services vertical is anchored by Aerial Solutions Inc. and will grow through further acquisitions of best-in-class aerial utility services operators. We are actively seeking companies that deliver transmission line inspection, patrol, aerial vegetation management, and construction support to electric utilities, pipeline operators, and other infrastructure owners across North America.

The kinds of capabilities we look for in aerial services partners include:

  • Transmission line patrol and aerial inspection: routine and emergency patrol of high-voltage T&D corridors
  • Air Saw ROW clearing: precision aerial vegetation removal in congested corridors
  • Grapple Saw operations: mechanical aerial vegetation management for dense right-of-way environments
  • Aerial chemical application: precision herbicide application for integrated vegetation management
  • Storm restoration and emergency response: rapid-deployment aerial support
  • Airborne LiDAR and photographic survey: corridor mapping and asset documentation
  • Pipeline aerial patrol: leak detection support and ROW surveillance
Vertical Two

Field Services

What we look for in a field services partner

The field services vertical represents one of the most active acquisition areas for Northridge. We are seeking ground-based vegetation management and right-of-way maintenance companies serving electric utilities and pipeline operators — businesses with established MSAs, experienced crews, and a safety-first culture.

The types of services we look for include:

  • Transmission and distribution right-of-way clearing: mechanical and manual vegetation removal
  • Integrated vegetation management (IVM) programs: long-cycle management plans minimizing regrowth
  • Pipeline right-of-way maintenance: corridor clearing and encroachment management
  • Storm debris management and restoration: ground-level clearing following weather events
  • Herbicide and chemical treatment programs: targeted application for sustained ROW control
Vertical Three

Engineering Services

What we look for in an engineering services partner

The engineering services vertical represents an important strategic area for Northridge as utilities invest more in asset management and predictive maintenance. We are seeking companies that provide inspection, structural assessment, and engineering support services — businesses that help utilities understand the condition of their infrastructure and plan maintenance proactively.

The types of services we look for include:

  • Structure and pole inspection: systematic assessment of T&D structures across utility service territories
  • Asset condition assessment and reporting: detailed condition scoring and maintenance recommendations
  • Engineering design support: field engineering services for transmission upgrades and line rebuilds
  • Technology-enabled data collection: drone, LiDAR, and mobile data platforms for asset documentation
  • Regulatory compliance and documentation: NERC reliability standard compliance support
Why Northridge

What sets us apart

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

Every Northridge company operates a rigorous safety management system with documented procedures, regular training, incident tracking, and a genuine culture of safety leadership from the top. We do not treat safety as a compliance exercise — it is how we operate.

40+ Years of Proven Operations

Northridge's platform is built on decades of proven aerial utility operations. That track record is not an abstraction — it is the foundation every new platform company is held to.

Financially Stable, Long-Term Partner

Northridge is capitalized to invest for the long term — in equipment, people, and capabilities. We are not cutting corners to hit a short-term number.

Integrated, Growing Capabilities

As the platform grows, utilities gain access to a multi-discipline partner with integrated aerial, field, and engineering capabilities — reducing vendor complexity and creating a more reliable service relationship.
